Throughout his career, Paul has successfully launched and scaled solutions into the market, generating millions in opportunities for his clients. His expertise spans the development of comprehensive strategies, process optimization, and the implementation of operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Paul has established groundbreaking processes for orthopedic sterilization services and has led supply chain innovation initiatives that transformed customer solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master’s Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
